How much is the down payment and monthly payment?

What do I need to apply?
You need paystubs showing you make atleast $2,000 a month in come or more. Then prove to us that you have been at your job at least 3 months. You should not show repo on your record that is less than 90 days old. You will likely need driver’s license and insurance.
I don’t have a driver’s license. Can I apply?
Yes you can apply without a driver’s license. Sometimes the lender may not need your driver’s license to approve you. Sometimes they do. If you are looking to get your license soon we can get you started with the application process and get you approved then after that you can get your license. We are also able to work with temps.
